Description:
This class focuses on skills necessary to become a fire officer.  It is designed to provide emergency responders with an understanding of administrative skills, leadership principles, human resources functions, incident management, risk management, basic budgeting principles and delegation of duty functions as a company officer.

Learning Outcomes:

Quizzes will be conducted weekly and based on assigned chapters within the book.

This class has one final exam to assess your overall understanding of the content.  Exam content will come directly from the textbook and will be open book.
