Housing is available for an affordable flat rate of $95 per person for 3-nights, checking-in on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 and checking out on Friday, May 17, 2019. Guests may be added to the registration for an additional flat rate of $95 per person. Single rooms with shared locking bathroom. Single room on other side of the bathroom. Each has a private entrance. Bed linens & bath towels provided.
Available check-in options are as follows held at Linden Hall:
- Tuesday, May 14 from 3-7 pm, check-in at the front desk.

Linden Suites are newly remodeled and air-conditioned. WiFi and high speed Internet are standard. Stay in comfort, close to Lake Bemidji and Diamond Point Park, and an easy walking distance from all Lead Cycling Instructor workshops. Each floor has a comfortable lounge area and access to stoves and sinks. Free parking available on-campus or on the street.
Participants will be able to express check-out by leaving their room key and check-out envelope in a box located at the Linden Hall front desk. Keys not returned by 7 pm on Friday, May 17, 2019 may be subject to a $50 re-core fee. There will be no prorated rates for participants arriving late or leaving early. Cancellations prior to May 1, 2019 will be subject to a $20 fee. No refunds after May 1, 2019.
