Without becoming a cultural expert, you can reduce fears, increase self-awareness, cultural competence, and professional confidence in your ability to reduce cultural offenses, and repair and strengthen cross cultural relationships. Beyond ethnicity, you'll learn practical strategies to competently address issues of age, gender, sexuality, religion, acculturation, and social justice.
Check-in on begins Friday at 3:30 pm. Class starts promptly at 4:00 pm.
