This is a hybrid version of our Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) program, which blends 5 classroom sessions with independent, online learning. It is not a self-paced class, however. Students are expected to meet specific deadlines for the completion of assignments. GCDF is an internationally recognized certification program, which designates individuals working in a variety of career development settings who have met the requirements set forth by the NCDA and Center for Credentialing & Education, Inc. GCDFs may serve as:

•WorkForce development personnel
•Job Counselors
•Career development case managers
•Job search trainers
•Career resource center coordinators
•Career coaches
•Career development group facilitators
•Intake interviewers
•Human resource career development coordinators
•Employment/placement specialists
•Occupational and labor market information resource persons
•High school career center managers
