This course explains how customer service skills are important to any job that requires contact with the customer. Everybody in the service field requires a solid set of customer service skills in order to function at their peak potential. This course teaches how to think flexibly when looking for solutions that will satisfy the customer. Service technicians often have to not only fix the problem, they may also have to "fix the customer."
You will be able to:
Unit 1 - Identify ways to put the customer first in customer service
Unit 2 - Describe the steps in a customer oriented service call
Unit 3 - Explain how to generate additional revenue while serving the customer
