This live online training course is offered by a collaboration of Minnesota State colleges.
In times of uncertainty, it can be easy to get swept away with fear and doubt. But studies show that if we take time to practice gratitude in our daily life, we can improve our outlook, even in times of challenge. Practicing gratitude not only helps bolster resilience, it can also help lower stress, improve happiness, and increase connection and compassion.
In this 2-hour live online workshop-style course, we will explore a variety of ways to introduce sustainable gratitude practices into daily life. We will examine how small acts of gratitude can not only improve your happiness, but also the happiness of others. Throughout the 2 hours, we will sample different ways of experiencing gratitude through an active practice format.
