Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide Competency Test - Faribault

Description:
South Central College offers the competency tests for becoming a Minnesota CNA, HHA or a combined NA/HHA. Candidates must have completed (and be able to verify) a state-approved training programs in the area for which they are testing. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility requirement have the option of a test-out and will be required to fill out an application form when they arrive to test. Official test results will be available to candidates that day. South Central College's competency evaluation tests meet state and federal OBRA requirements.

Late candidates will not be allowed to test. Please bring the following items with you: Three number 2 pencils (no pens or mechanical pencils): a completed Application of Competency form (for new candidates): two forms of identification (at least one needs to be a picture ID): and a watch with a second hand. The State of Minnesota requires that you provide your Social Security number on all testing documentation.
