Description:
In this course, you will learn how to develop a daily routine that best supports wellness and balance in your life. Participants will gain an understanding of how nutrition, sleep, breathing, and daily habits impact mental and physical well-being and overall quality of life. Best practices and techniques in all these areas will be discussed.  Basic yoga poses will be incorporated but no prior experience is required.
