Description:
This course is for individuals who already have forklift operation experience and want to obtain their certification or recertify. Individuals taking this course will not be taught how to operate a forklift. Concentration will be on the new safety requirements for Powered Industrial Truck (Forklift) Operators. The certification includes: discussion of regulations, operational safety and demonstration, operator skills, and a written test. Certification is valid for 3 years. Must be 18 years old or older. A driver's license is not required.
