Description:
Eligibility for the the IMPACT Diversion Program is determined by the City Attorney's Office.  Your referral letter from the City Attorney's Office will indicate whether you are eligible to the IMPACT Diversion Program or not.  If you have received your letter and are eligible for the program, the cost of Diversion is $230.   IMPACT-I is for St. Cloud State students who are sanctioned by St. Cloud State Residence Life or Student Conduct.  The cost of IMPACT-I is $125. DO NOT PAY $230 unless you are sure you are eligible for the Diversion Program.  Refunds are not issued if you pay the incorrect fee.
Bring to Class:
The class will be held ONLINE. You must complete the  e-Checkup To Go Online Alcohol Assessment prior to your class. You are required to email your Input Summary to impact@stcloudstate.edu prior to class.  Failure to do so will result in rescheduling your class for an additional fee.

St. Cloud State campus requires students and visitors to wear face masks/coverings while on campus. IMPACT students will not be able to take the class unless they have face covering/mask on during the class. IMPACT classes will follow 6 feet physical distancing guidelines.
