As a business owner, supervisor, or manager, you understand that your success depends in part on the success of the employees on your team. Having engaged and energetic employees will help your organization to achieve higher productivity and growth.

By understanding the key components to Building a Dynamic Team, you will be better positioned to achieve new levels of success in 2021! In this 2-hour interactive class we will discuss:

• Recruiting and Hiring All Star Players

• Your Role as a Coach

• Building and Maintaining Team Chemistry

• Effective Timeouts, 3 Strikes, and Personnel Changes

The class will be interactive with discussions and will flow from one topic to the next, and possibly back again if needed. It is highly recommended that anyone wishing to take the class invest themselves in the entire 2 hours as scheduled.

About The Instructor:

Natalie Remund, Chief Business Development Officer for Multi Business Solutions, will be walking you through the key components to Building a Dynamic Team. Natalie brings over ten years of diverse management and training experience to the MBS Team, along with a passion for improvement. Natalie attended South Dakota State University and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics.

Prior to joining the Multi Business Solutions team, she managed on-site and remote team members, including 60+ direct and indirect reports. Since joining the MBS team, Natalie has assisted small to mid-size organizations with their HR functions by providing human resource training, creating and revising employee handbooks, developing management training manuals, creating job descriptions and job postings, assisting in interviewing and hiring, providing coaching and managing terminations, and documenting policies and procedures. Natalie has also created and delivered a number of training seminars and videos on HR topics such as Employee Engagement, HR for Small Businesses, Working Remotely, COVID-19 resources on Employee Health & Physical Safety, and Protecting your Mental Health.

Natalie is motivated by process and people improvement and enjoys finding opportunities to help organizations be more successful.
