Work-Life Balance - Professional Practice (online)

Description:
Many professionals feel a constant tug between personal and work responsibilities. However, it is possible to manage these seemingly conflicting demands by making small shifts in daily routines. In this class, participants will get tools to develop a plan to create work-life balance that works for their unique situation, along with strategies to stick to the plan in the long term. Work-life balance helps reduce stress and prevent burnout in the workplace.
 
Bring to Class:
This is an online course. This course is open 24 hours a day for the month of November. You are able to log in to the course to work on the required material as many times as needed. No extensions will be given if you do not finish the coursework.
