Learners attending this workshop will explore mental health treatment through an experiential introduction to mind-body medicine skills based on the work of Dr. James Gordon. Learners will gain insight on the biology of trauma and the impact it has on the mental health healing journey. Learners will also research ways to modify these skills to fit diverse populations.
