Weekend Workshop: Stressed Out Minds! The Anxious World of Teens and Pre-Teens

Why are teens and pre-teens experiencing increased anxiety and depression?  Can they be helped?  How do we support them?  Participants will engage in an active learning experience incorporating a variety of educational approaches.  Be prepared for small and large group discussions and activities.  
Check-in on begins Friday at 3:30 pm. Class starts promptly at 4:00 pm.
