You know that conversation you had that didn’t go so well? Or, the conversation you know you need to have, but you’ve been avoiding? We all have challenges at home and at work, with family and friends and with co-workers. When conversations don’t go so well, or don’t go at all, it’s usually because the conversation involves three things:

Strong emotions
Opposing opinions
High Stakes (results and relationships that matter)

Those are called Crucial Conversations. In this workshop you will be given the tools to prepare for one Crucial Conversation.
