If you are thinking about installing solar panels or you are a realtor, banker or appraiser and just want to learn about solar energy systems, this course is for you. This self-paced course will discuss the various reasons why you should or should not install solar panels. Participants will receive an accurate presentation of the facts and understand the commitment and investment. Topics include typical system costs, financial incentives, financing methods, financial analysis, the effect of solar on home sales, warranties, service contracts, environmental benefits, best equipment, system sizing and more.
This is an 8-hour self-paced online course. You will have access to the online materials for 30 days once you start the course. Your instructor will be available by phone or email to answer questions.
