Are you looking to upgrade your existing boiler operators license? Boiler operators in Minnesota are required to be licensed through the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. This 18-hour, 6-night course is designed to prepare participants to pass State of Minnesota High Pressure (B) and Low Pressure (C) 1st and 2nd Class license examination.
Topics covered are boilers and their related auxiliaries, steam and hot water service and systems as well as State of Minnesota specific and ASME specific standards and requirements. A brief review of the fundamentals will be covered with the emphasis being on the more advanced technicalities. Material will be covered in book, handout, video, lecture, homework, and test format. A basic calculator will be needed for the training.
