Description:
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese medicine technique similar to the IASTM Graston technique used in chiropractic care and physical therapy. Learn how to improve patient range of motion and decrease muscle inflammation, pain, and muscle and fascial restrictions.
Bring to Class:
Class will be held in room 470 of the Hutchinson campus. Park on the rear (southeast) side of the college near the garages, and enter the college through door 21. Room 470 will be on your right.
Participants should bring a flat sheet, fitted sheet, and face rest cover. In order to attend this course, participants must be a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) or other licensed healthcare provider. This course is also open to current Massage Therapy program students.
