Description:
This class is designed to help you capture consistently pleasing images with your digital camera by focusing on the fundamentals of photography and composition. You will learn the camera controls needed to achieve proper exposure, color, and use of flash. Using the Photographic Image Formula, you will learn how to prepare to capture images from pre-visualization to presentation. During the second portion of this class, we will go on an adventure in capturing images at two to three locations in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. At each location we use creative depth of field, motion techniques, close-ups, and learn more about improving our composition skills. We will capture images at our determined locations and review those photos "just in time" to gain immediate feedback, so we can implement our learnings on the photos we take later in the day.
