Course Description:
This 2-part workshop is to equip aspiring leaders with practical tools to become effective servant leaders.
The two major emphases are:
- Comparing traditional leadership with servant leadership and evaluating the pros and cons.
- Nurturing servant leadership traits for individuals and creating servant leadership culture within the organization.
There will be an
extra 2 hours to do interviews and discussions with 1-2 local small business leaders on Servant Leadership topics. Interview/discussion is required to be recorded / documented as proof of learning.
There will be
2 hours of pre-workshop assignments including readings or videos to be completed before coming to the workshops. These assignments would be discussed and shared among participants during the workshops as part of their learning outcomes.
