Twenty facets are measured by the MBTI Form Q, which can predict behavior and success in four important components of development and success: communication, change management, decision making, and conflict management. • The Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 (Energy/Influence)  
The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-iTM) is the first scientifically developed and validated measure of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence reflects one’s ability to deal with daily environment challenges and helps predict one’s success in life, including professional and personal pursuits. Specifically, this assessment measures five scales: General Mood, Intrapersonal Scales, Interpersonal Scales, Adaptability Scales, and Stress Management Scales. • California Psychological Inventory (Leadership / Influence) 
The California Psychological Inventory assessment is a powerful tool for helping individuals improve their performance and enabling organizations to find and develop high-potential employees and leaders and cultivate a rich pool of talent for building organizational success. The CPI instrument helps people gain a clearer picture of their work-related characteristics, motivations, and thinking styles, as well as how they manage themselves and deal with others, and provide a view into their strengths and developmental opportunities. 
 
• FIRO-B (Relationship Needs / Preferences)
Working in an organization means working with other people. How one interacts with and relates to many different kinds of people plays an important role in success at work. This assessment provides a measure of interpersonal needs in the areas of involvement, influence, and personal connection. This report demonstrates how this individual’s results can help understand his/her interpersonal needs and how he/she interacts with others in the organization.
 
 
DR. LISA M. SORENSEN, MA, LP
Lisa Sorensen is a licensed psychologist and the President of Sorensen Consulting. Lisa has worked nationwide with both public and private sector clients for over 30 years. 

The Mission of Sorensen Consulting is to help clients reach desired outcomes. Lisa’s knowledge and experience of human behavior enables her to provide genuine, effective, and ethical services that are designed to meet clients’ specific needs. Lisa’s services include: training, coaching, creating and facilitating employee surveys, and psychological, selection, developmental, and promotional assessment for accelerated performance. 

Lisa is a highly recommended adjunct instructor for the MN BCA’s Leadership Program, Century College‘s Leadership Program, St. Paul College’s Continuing Education Program and Anoka Technical and Anoka Ramsey Community Colleges Professional Workforce Training Division. Lisa has also taught classes at Hamline University, Normandale Community College, Carlson School of Business, and Inver Hills Community College.

Mrs. Sorensen earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from St. Catherine’s College in St. Paul, MN, and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis, MN and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Forensic Psychology from Walden University. Mrs. Sorensen is a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Minnesota. 

In her free time, Lisa loves reading, cooking, cycling, kayaking and spending time with her animals, family and friends.
