Description:
The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and Prehospital settings. This AHA BLS CPR certification and refresher course trains healthcare provider participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compression, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.  It will also teach early entry into the EMS system. It will cover the basic steps to support circulation and respirations of a victim in cardiac or respiratory arrest through CPR. 

Course Completion Card
Upon completion of all course requirements, participants receive a BLS Provider Course Completion Card which is valid for two years.  Successful completion of this course fulfills the requirements for the American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS CPR certification.  Refresher participants please provide current card information.

Course cancelation
CLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the class due to low registration or inclement weather.  Participants must cancel 5 days prior to the start of class to be eligible for a full course refund.
