Clinical Partners - Fairview Hospitals & Clinics, Park Nicollet, Healtheast, Apple Valley Medical Center, Allina Health System, and Northfield Hospital & Clinics.

The COVID-19 vaccine is required for most clinical sites if not all and so this is why it’s required for this class.  However, if you have medical reasons for not getting vaccinated and can obtain that in writing from your doctor, you might be able to be exempt from the vaccination requirements. Religious exemptions might also be an option to the discretion of the clinical site.

Note: Exemptions acceptance is up to the discretion of the clinical site.  DCTC cannot guarantee acceptance into clinical sites without COVID 19 vaccination.

After successful completion of both portions of the program, the student will be eligible to take the ASCP Phlebotomy Certification Exam.

Payment: Full payment is required at registration.

Important: The class you are registering for must meet the requirements for cohort size in order for it to run.  In the event of very low enrollment and when no other resource is available, the class will be canceled or rescheduled to a later date. You will be notified through email of such change.
