Bring to Class:
Registered candidates must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This test will take place in Building D on the Willmar Campus. You must bring a United States Government Issued ID. The ID must be signed, unexpired and photo-bearing. If you do not have a current, official US government signed identification form, then you must bring 2 forms of signature bearing identification, one must be photo-bearing as well. You can see examples of acceptable IDs on page 10 of the Candidate Handbook.

You must be in full clinical attire including scrubs, closed toe shoes, and long hair must be pulled back. Also bring a watch with a second hand.  The evaluator reserves the right to refuse testing if these standards are not met.

If candidates are late, do not bring valid ID, or are not in proper testing attire, they will not be allowed to test and will be considered a “no show”. No shows forfeit their testing fees and must repay to register for another test date.
