Description:
In addition to the basic techniques of CPR and AED, the AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid teaches the participants to manage illness and injuries in a child in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Topics include First Aid Basics, Medical Emergencies, Injury Emergencies, and Environmental Emergencies.
Intended Audience: For those involved in child care such as parents, child care workers, teachers, camp counselors, youth organizations and coaches for children's sports organizations, other guardians and those who need or want to learn CPR, how to operate an AED, and Pediatric First Aid.

NOTE: For CPR courses, wear comfortable clothing to perform CPR on mannequins.
Class is held in the Customized Training Solutions Building on the corner of Hillside and Main Street in Pine City. The building is across the street from Blaze Credit Union.
Course Cancelation Policy: For students requesting a cancelation, a full refund will be granted 5 working days before the start of a class. No refund will be made after that. A full refund will be given on all classes canceled by the school.
