This refresher course is mandatory for all employees working underground or in mining operations such as sand, gravel, surface stone, clay, limestone, coal, metal, and similar industries. It fulfills the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) training regulations outlined in Part 46 and Part 48.
