New Supervisor & Manager Skills Workshop (Virtual)

product
Description:
Employees join companies but leave managers. In Gallup's comprehensive 2015 study, they found a harsh truth: 75% of people quit their job to "get away from their manager" at some point in their career. Meaning, the number one reason why people quit their jobs is because of a bad manager. Don't let this happen to your organization!

Invest in your new supervisors and managers and equip them with the skills they need to transition into a leadership role and manage their teams effectively in this brand new and highly engaging 16-hour virtual training workshop.

Learn how to transition from peer to supervisor, set expectations, assign and delegate work, resolve conflict and provide feedback in a way that supports and motivates your team to be their best. You'll also discover and build on your personal strengths, influence, and leadership style through assessments and activities throughout the class.

Over five weeks*, participants will learn from an expert instructor, engage in group activities, practice new skills, connect with a cohort of peers, and gain the confidence they need to immediately apply their new skills in the workplace.

*NEW feature: Week 4 will be Implementation Week (No live session). Participants will use this week to apply the principles they've learned and practice their new skills in the workplace. They will then have an opportunity during the final class session to share their insights, talk through challenges, and/or ask questions to get the most out of this practical hands-on workshop.
