This is the Nursing Assistant Skills exam--the Skills part of the exam only.

If you need the full exam, or the skills only part of the exam, please register for those. If there are no dates available, please check back as new dates are added frequently.

Test/Course/Class needs to be dropped by Friday before the test day to qualify for a refund/Reschedule.

Bring to Class:

Registered candidates must arrive at St Cloud Technical & Community College Health Sciences Building Room H-027 at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

You must bring a United Stated Government Issued ID. The ID must be signed, unexpired and photo-bearing. If you do not have a current, official US government signed identification form, then you must bring 2 forms of signature bearing identification, one must be photo-bearing as well. You can see examples of acceptable ID on page 10 of the Candidate Handbook.
You must be in full clinical attire (scrubs), no open-toed shoes are allowed, and long hair must be pulled back.
Please bring a watch with a second hand. (The evaluator reserves the right to refuse testing if these standards are not met).
