Each year, the nation’s leading political scientists and historians participate in a survey to rank the presidents. This year’s Presidential Greatest Expert Survey places Abraham Lincoln, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and George Washington at the top of the list, which has held consistent over the years. But the other presidents tend to move up and down the list. This presentation compares this year's survey with those from previous years and discusses the reasons for the changes.
