A look at the NTSB investigative process from the eyes of an insider. Ben will call upon his participation in seven NTSB investigations to take you through the process by which investigators determine the probable cause to prevent a repeat mishap. We will review the “feel-good” story of USAir 1549 and their safe water landing on the Hudson River while reviewing the lessons learned from this event.
