Prerequisites
You must be familiar with basic IT concepts and operating systems, files, and processes; and networking and data management - all of which you can learn by completing the Google IT Support Certificate. No previous knowledge of coding is required.
Required Equipment
You will need your own internet-connected computer or device to complete the online coursework. We recommend that you have Python installed on your machine. For some courses, you’ll need a computer where you can install Git or ask your administrator to install it for you.
