Customer Service Excellence - A Lost Art
#: 1SUP-0200    ID:    Section: 1
Description:
In today's society, customer service has fallen by the wayside. However, some organizations are taking a renewed interest in the lost art of customer service, reaping huge benefits from training their employees on customer service basics. This course focuses on both internal and external customer service tips and techniques. Participants will learn how to create delight and surprise in others by using the CPR technique of service excellence. They will learn to handle complaints using an eight-step proven formula. Contributing factors to service excellence, as well as poor service, will be discussed in small groups and relevant audience examples will be shared in-class. Telephone service tips and online virtual meeting etiquette will be covered with two multi-point check sheets participants can take with them and reference back on the job.
