Description:
Process mapping is a method used to visually represent and analyze the steps involved in a process. It involves creating diagrams and flowcharts to illustrate how a process operates from start to finish. This course is a hands-on workshop where participants will learn the principles of process improvement using the process mapping tool. Examples shared in-class come from a wide variety of organizations that have benefited from process mapping. Participants will spend class time engaged in making process maps for their work or personal projects. Projects large and small can be process mapped to uncover and reduce waste, while also revealing where money and time can be saved.
