Description:
Most leaders and employees are afraid of dealing with conflict. They fear conflict will result in escalation or blow-up, resulting in ruined relationships. This course is designed to provide confidence and clarity in handling conflicts by providing a proven empathy method of conflict resolution that incorporates de-escalation and verbal judo tips. Participants will work in small groups to deal with common workplace conflict case studies using discussed methods, leaving with renewed enthusiasm to tackle long standing or new conflicts.
