Have you ever agreed to a decision in a group setting, even though you inwardly disagreed, only to later find out that others felt the same way? You've likely experienced a phenomenon known as the Abilene Paradox. The Abilene Paradox occurs when a group makes a decision that goes against the wishes of its members. This course will review what the Abilene Paradox is, how to identify when it's happening, and strategies to mitigate or eliminate groupthink for more effective and successful outcomes.
