Dealing with depression, anxiety, or ADD/ADHD can come with challenges. Add the demands of working full-time, it can compound these symptoms significantly. While no amount of determination can make these conditions disappear, there are simple strategies that can be employed to make it through challenging days, improving well-being and productivity in the process. Employees who have emotional support and practical tools for improving their mental health aren’t just more engaged at work, they’re also more resilient and adaptable. This course will review the experience of depression, anxiety, and ADD/ADHD in the workplace, including strategies for reducing these challenging symptoms and impacts.
