Process Improvement isn't just for the manufacturing industry. This introductory course is all about learning the foundations of Process Improvement and Lean. Process Improvement is a systematic approach to enhancing the performance of processes within an organization. Lean is a method specifically aimed at maximizing value while minimizing waste. Participants in this course will learn how to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality by refining and optimizing existing processes.
