Description:
A key part of leaders' jobs is to cast a vision, clearly convey information, persuade and inspire people. A key component to achieving this is storytelling. Whether it's a new policy, new client, HR issue, or performance issue, telling stories and painting pictures is a difficult skill leaders can learn. This short course explores critical components of storytelling and how to use it in everyday life as a leader.
