Description:
Unproductive and painful meetings are increasingly more common than effective ones. This short course will give participants some basic skills for facilitating a group meeting where everyone gets a chance to contribute, feel heard and included, and receive solid outcomes from the group discussion.

Approximately three days prior to the start of class, you will receive an email with the Zoom link to your class meeting. To prepare for your class, setup and test your Zoom connection.
