Description:
The BLS Course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. Students will participate in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations. Also included are BLS skills practice and testing, as well as a written exam. Course features consist of: updated science and education from the new 2020 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC: instructor-led, hands-on class format reinforces skills proficiency: emphasis on high-quality CPR including a team dynamics classroom activity: and video-based course with real world scenarios.

This course will be held at the Hutchinson Business Development Center - NOT the main campus. The Hutchinson Business Development Center is located at 980 2nd Ave SE in Industrial Park.
