Description:
In an ever-evolving world, the ability to navigate change effectively is a critical skill. This introduction to change management will present a set of tools relevant to professionals across industries—and frankly to anyone who faces change in or out of the workplace. Through a combination of discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, participants will gain a deep understanding of the principles and best practices of change management.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Describe common change management frameworks, relative strengths and weaknesses, and relevant considerations for pursuing certification.
- Apply common management tools.
- Facilitate key change management activities using the respective tools.
- Assess risk, impact, and other aspects of a change to guide strategy.
