Description:
This Train the Trainer course is required for registered nurses who intend to teach the Minnesota State Nurse Aide Curriculum. This online asynchronous course is self-paced and provides information about the requirements to become a certified nursing assistant in Minnesota. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to teach prospective nursing assistants. Current best practices in teaching and learning will be provided, as well as information on inclusive teaching methods. Participants will learn about effective course design in the delivery of the curriculum.
