This course offers attendees an opportunity to prepare for taking the special, first or second class and chief engineer boiler exam. Instruction will include
- Boiler types
- Attendance requirements for heating boilers
- Safety issues and state boiler rules
- Application paperwork
- Test procedures
This 14 hour prep course is designed to prepare candidates to take the Special, First and Second Class Engineer (Grades A,B,C) licenses.
Class fee includes all materials.
*Testing and application fee for license will be an additional fee for the student with the Department of Labor & Industry.

Cancelations must be received seven days prior to course begin date to be eligible for a refund (Cancelation deadline: 5/7/2025). Central Lakes College might cancel due to low participation and/or inclement weather.
