First Responders choose a career of service to their communities despite the tragedy and trauma they see each day. This exposure to trauma impacts the first responder as well as their family. Salt & Light Partners provides chaplaincy support for first responders in Olmsted County. Join us as we learn how chaplains care for our police, firefighters, and sheriff's deputies while they keep our community safe.
