This class is being offered in a ZOOM Virtual Classroom platform. A laptop/desktop with camera is required.

This refresher course meets requirements set forth by the Mine Safety and Health Administration's (MSHA) training regulations Part 48 - surface only. This is a eight hour course

Part 46 Mine Safety and Health MSHA training for non-metal can be conducted with prior arrangement based on company's request.

Participants should verify with their employer that Customized Training Solutions MSHA training plan is approved for the district they work in.

Bring to Class:

MSHA Registration Form along with your photo ID must be emailed cts@minnesotanorth.edu in order to receive a 5000-23 certificate.

All participants need to be logged in at 7:30 am and class starts at 7:45 am (MN Central Time)
Must have stable/dependable internet connection
Desktop/laptop with audio and video required. No cellphones
Full Participation is required (no work is to be conducted during class attendance)
Participant must be visible at all times and in an upright position.
Participants will need to find a quiet environment free from distraction
There is a limit of 2 participants per screen.
Instructor has the right to remove any participant from class.
