Description:
This course introduces the student to customer service procedures. Using general customer service openings as the model, students will become acquainted with the role in a variety of settings, including expectations of proper customer service, communication skills, interpersonal communications, conflict management, time management and overcoming barriers. Special attention will be paid to the fact that student will be exposure to other roles that are part of this program. The student will be introduced to customer relations, telephone and communication techniques, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. 3 total class hours.
