If your company plans to bring more hosts than your sponsor level allow, you will be charged $150 per additional person to cover catering costs. Please make sure to provide the name of the extra host and any dietary restrictions they may have.

Registered participants who cancel their registration 7 or more business days prior to the scheduled date of the class/training/conference will receive a full refund.

All other cancellations and/or no-shows will be assessed the full fee for the class/training/conference.
