Minnesota Waste Combustor Operator Training
This course enables Minnesota Waste Combustor Operators to earn certification required by the State. (The certification is issued through the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency).
Topics include
- stream composition
- basic combustion
- pollutant measurement and control
- regulations
- public perception
This course meets for 24 hours.
Cost: $650 for MRRA Minnesota Resource Recovery Association members, $1,300 for non-members

Refund Policy - You or your employer must drop your course registration online five working days prior to the class start date to receive a full refund. You will receive a full refund if Minnesota State College Southeast cancels your class. If you fail to appear or have the correct documents, you or your company will be responsible for full payment regardless.
Cancelation Policy - While we regret having to do so, it is sometimes necessary to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment. If your class is canceled, we will notify you and a refund will be processed. Please include your permanent cell and work numbers as well as an e-mail address with your registration information when registering for the classes.
