Description:
This course is intended for an operator or technician who must troubleshoot robot programs. This course also covers safe robot operation and basic teach pendent programming.

Participants will:
  • Power up and jog the robot
  • Recover from common program faults
  • Be able to identify the components in a robotic system
  • Identify the major and minor axes
  • Learn the functions of the robot teach pendant
  • Navigate the robot inputs and outputs
  • Perform file and image backups
  • Create, modify, and execute a basic program
  • Understand background logic
  • Create and edit program registers and position registers
  • Edit programs
This course is intended for maintenance technicians and senior robot operators.
