Who pays for this across the world, and which international organizations exist (or don't exist) for enforcement? What are the potential impacts on global stability, capitalism, and democracy if we don't achieve this goal, and how can one person play a role in change? This is one of the major issues in the world, which many governments are downplaying. How do we attract more attention to the need for action?
